Interest Rates finally declining going into 2024

This month’s talking points from our Windermere Statistics folks shows how interest rates are declining and how high rates have stalled the real estate market in the Seattle/King Co. area this year.

Moving into 2024, we can expect a return to our ‘normal’ market of buyers starting to look and sellers beginning to prep to sell in 2-3 months.
