March #’s are in, +26% price appreciation – NE Seattle!

This graph shows the Median Price of all the Sold homes in Northeast Seattle.

In the month of March 2016, the Median Price vs. March 2015 went up a whopping 26.3%.

Same old reason we've had for over a year, low inventory = more demand = multiple offers = A new high of $739k!

With interest rates projected to stay around 4% this year, the pressure is squarely on rising prices and getting priced out of the market for your next home. So now is the time to buy.
