The numbers don’t lie – North Seattle growth!

The last three months in North Seattle have seen impressive increases in the Median Price of Sold Homes.

The graph shows +14% vs Last Year, same month, for December then again +21% in January and now +23% growth in Median Price in February of 2016 vs February of 2015!

Most experts are saying that this double digit increase is likely to continue in Seattle until our inventory catches up with demand.
