The market has shifted in Seattle this summer.
While still not a balanced market, still favoring Sellers, we are seeing some relief for stressed buyers.
Simply put, more homes for sale is causing price increases to moderate.
But see the 2nd graph…we are still seeing +5% Price Appreciation in North Seattle and WA just clocked in at #2 nationally for Price Appreciation.
Buyer’s, now is the time to act.
Seller’s, it’s even more important to price your home correctly to sell.
